Here at Metals With Stones, we like to combine less common gemstones and metals into fine quality artisan jewelry.
We hand-select the gemstones, and hand-make all of our jewelry in our studio in the Portland area.
We generally work with a contemporary design ethic, but we cannot help occasionally throwing in something entirely organic or quirky.
We particularly enjoy using gemstones from the western part of the country - especially those that are only produced in small quantities by individual miners and small-scale lapidaries ... but to be truthful, we are unable to ignore a beautiful gemstone, no matter where it's from.
